I want to start going to gym so please if anyone of you can provides me with a site where i can get’em all for free and i also want to get the greatest routine workout list ever…
28, 150. been taking Cyto-Gainer and has helped put on weight but looking to transition to something with less calories. Looking for a solid post-workout protein supplement that will maximize muscle gain and avoid putting on excess fat. Also to use between meals. Not a pill or creatine or anything crazy, just trying to maintain the muscle i build and use as extra calories between meals.
also tell me plz after workout what should i have to drink or eat and after workout how much time break or gape to eat or drink?thanks
Hi I’m starting school soon and well I can’t occupy my whole school year with bodybuilding or I’ll fail. Is it ok if I just take Creatine, Glutamine, Whey Protein, and ZMA only on the days I workout as opposed to my non-workout days?
Once a day? Or only the days that you workout?
